Professional Digital Inkjet

MPR Studio offers professional inkjet printing services. Please refer to price list below:

All restored images & photos are printed using professional premium matte photo paper on an Epson Pro 4800 inkjet printer. Other paper-types available upon request. Please add $8.95 for shipping (via United States Postal Service) on print orders. Your print/s (along with hard-copy original if you sent to us for scanning) will be shipped to you in a USPS hard envelope between two pieces of cardboard in a plastic photo bag to ensure there is no damage during transit.

Drawing for Montauk Point, New York Light House from the 18th century. This image had stains throughout and the borders were damaged and missing altogether in some places. The restored image has no stains and a natural-looking, straight border on all sides.

Professional Digital Scanning Services:
Don't have your image or photo scanned? Simply send us a hard copy of your document, photo
or artwork and we'll scan it for you, then return it in its original shape (along with any prints you
may have ordered).
If you plan on scanning an image/photo yourself, please scan as a high-resolution color file even if the original is black and white or sepia-toned. A full-color file yields better image enhancement options for the digital photo retouching stage. If you are scanning an old document with text, doing so as line-art will give you sharper results (especially with the text), but will be a grayscale (or black & white) file. In this case (with old document), it is best to scan individually both as color photograph and line-art, producing two files. We can later copy elements from the grayscale image and paste them onto the the color file, giving you the best possible results.
Scan at 300 pixels per inch (ppi) or dots per inch (dpi) - highest quality setting if ppi or dpi is not visible in scanning software when you are scanning something reflective (e.g. a photo or document). If you're scanning a negative or slide, contact us and give us some more information about the original so we can walk you through it.
